10.15 - 11.15am ~ A sunshine-filled yoga flow with Rebecca to nurture our bodies and connect with our breath. Suitable for all levels
11.15 - 11.45am ~ Break for drinks and locally baked goodies
11.45 - 12.15pm ~ A mindful stroll to woodland for barefoot grounding and sound meditation
12.15 - 12.45pm ~ A conscious flow with Laura Baker.
This joyful, high-vibration movement session will uplift, energise, and empower.
You can dance freely, sit or lie under the open sky with wireless headphones and a curated playlist that speaks to your soul.
12.45 - 1pm ~ Guided meditation to connect and relax with nature
