We’ll start with a gentle yoga flow to ease into the day, followed by a refreshing nature walk to clear your mind and feel grounded.

Self-compassion and supportive touch techniques will be woven into the restorative yoga to help you relax even more deeply. We’ll finish with a wonderful soundbath led by Laura Baker, designed to leave you feeling balanced, centred and totally at peace.

It’s a day for self-love, reflection, and pure relaxation, just for you.
