Detection Workshop Daventry Bowling Club

Join us for a focused scent detection workshop in the unique and varied environment of Daventry Bowling Club. You and your dog will search real-world locations including changing rooms, Bar dinning room, and exterior areas designed to stretch your skills and develop strategic thinking.
As with all our workshops, the focus is on what you need. Across the three hours, we’ll tailor the session to support your specific goals whether that’s refining indications, improving handling, or building confidence in complex spaces. You’ll also receive personalised feedback and have the chance to discuss your dog’s progress and create a plan moving forward.
These aren’t standard searches you’ll assess the area first, exploring likely hide locations and considering how scent may move through the environment. We'll talk through how to read your dog, how to encourage persistence, and where challenges might arise.

We’ll be working on Kong odour in a supportive and practical setting, perfect for teams who’ve completed our beginners course and are ready to progress.
