Candlelight Yoga and Sound Bath

This is the last candlelight yoga of 2025, but it’s going to be extra special.

On Tuesday 25th November, I’ll be joined by the wonderful Laura Baker from Conscious Dragonfly, who will guide you into a deep soundbath relaxation after our gentle candlelit yoga flow.

Imagine nourishing yoga, twinkly light, soothing sound and a calm mind ready for whatever December might bring!
