Originally from Cincinnati, OH, the now Nashville-based quintet The Wonderlands combines the anthemic qualities of pop music with influences from indie rock. Now working toward the release of their third studio album, the group tries a new take on the electronically-augmented band sound aided by producer Drew Long, and explores themes of disillusion, brevity and family.
The band has had the fortune to share the stage with the likes of internationally-acclaimed acts The Script, Lawrence, Melt, Ripe and Motherfolk along the way. In addition to their own headline touring, they have had the opportunity to perform at the Wonderroad and Wonderbus Music Festivals, many college campuses across the country, and have even started their own annual winter music festival in Cincinnati, Holiday Hangover.

Founded in 2017 by the Downtown Davenport Partnership (DDP), Alternating Currents is a free, multi-day festival powered by DDP in collaboration with placemaking partners Downtown Bettendorf Organization and Rock Island Downtown Alliance. With hundreds of events spanning music, film, comedy, and visual art, AC transforms downtown spaces into creative playgrounds for all.
