River View Yoga

The first rabbithole events are now scheduled!

River View Yoga in Lindsay Park (near the playground off E 11th St) on Sunday, July 27 at 10 am
and on Wednesday, July 30 at 5 PM. Please bring your own mat!

Here’s a message from the instructor about the classes:

Hi, I’m Shaelyn (she/they). I have been doing yoga personally for over 5 years. I have taught small classes a handful of times.
The Sunday class is going to be adaptable for all skill levels. So, if you’re new to yoga and want to learn, don’t feel intimidated.
The Wednesday class is going to be about releasing stress and finding some peace. We are going to hopefully break a little sweat and then find ourselves relaxed at the end.
