Join us for a discussion of Megan Devine's book It's Ok You're Not Ok. Stay for a Grief Ritual and Sound Bath. Both events are free but you must register. 

Attendees will experience a grieving ritual followed by a sound bath. A grieving ritual is a symbolic act where we are able to express our grief through mindful actions. Grieving comes in many different forms. This could be related to personal losses concerns for loved ones’ well-being environmental concerns etc. By sharing our grief as a community we can see the collective grief we share.
