Davenport North Youth Football Camp - 2025

Particpants will receive a 2025 Football Camp Limited Edition North Football Swag. Please make sure that student has a water bottle and dressed in t-shirt, shorts and cleats/tennis shoes.

I understand that there are certain risks of injury inherent in the participation of this football camp. I hereby certify that my child is fully capable of participating in this camp and that my child is healthy and have no physical or mental disabilities that would restrict participation.

In addition to giving full consent for my child’s participation, I do hereby waive, release and harmless the Davenport North Football including any and coaches and volunteers for any injury that may be suffered by my child during the normal coarse of participation whether the result of negligence or any other cause.

I also agree that if my child becomes disruptive beyond reconciliation, the player will be removed from activities and asked to leave without refund. Behaviors would include disrespect, bullying, sexual and suggestive or physical abuse. At no time will a representative offer to drive an athlete off site. It is the responsibility of the athlete or the parent/guardian to provide transportation to and from camp.
