Meditation Sessions in Davao City ( in-person )

Meditation Davao City will be Hosting another Meditation Session at Balai Belen near Abreeza Mall.

The session starts with sharing our journey and what brought us there, followed by a 30 minute meditation session and a short Mini-lesson. The meetup then closes with a discussion about our experiences.

Each person is given an opportunity to share.
