Sausagefest 2026

The Kinsmen are hosting their first Sausage Fest on Saturday, February 7, 2026 at the Grandview Legion. Come wet your whistle and fill your gullets with the finest meat the hunters and gatherers of Grandview and region have to offer!

What's it all about? Bring in your finest deer, elk, moose, bear, goose, or whatever sausage you hand-pack to perfection in pursuit of the esteemed title of BEST MEAT. Sausage will be judged not on length, not on girth, not on fanciful rumours whispered under the breath, but by cold hard logic and a rubric based on quality!

Entry fee? Ha! Just get on down and fill a seat. Big old zero.
Drinks? You know it! Legion has us covered, and they know how to sling some spirits.
Food? Aside from the sausage, we will have a spread.
Prize? Ooo baby, no sense presenting the meat unless there's something on the line. Stay tuned!

Let's make it big, and maybe the Legion will have a second Headcheese competition on their hands!
