Explore the healing resonance of your own voice.
Be bathed in gentle tones, harmonic singing (overtones), and subtle percussion that carry you into a deep state of rest. This meditative soundscape may invite mental, physical or emotional release—or offer moments of clarity, inspiration, and insight.
Unlike many sound healing sessions where you simply receive sound, this experience also invites you to become an active participant in the healing process—gently exploring your own voice through breath, movement, and simple vocalisation. You’ll be guided with care in a safe, supportive and restorative environment—no singing experience or confidence required.
Explore your own unique vocal vibrations using breath, movement and visualisation. Connect, heal, and feel the energy of the voice restore and rebalance you.
WHAT TO EXPECT
🌀 Grounding Breathwork (5 mins)
We begin seated, with a short guided breathing exercise to help land in the space and settle into stillness.
🎶 Sound Bath (40 mins)
Participants lie down comfortably and are bathed in gentle vocal tones, harmonic singing (overtones), and live percussion. The immersive soundscape supports deep relaxation and may lead to mental, physical or emotional release—or spark insight and inspiration.
🌬️ Vocal Exploration (15 mins)
After the sound bath, we gently transition into guided vocal work. Using breath, movement and simple vocal sounds, you’ll be invited to explore your own voice as a healing instrument. This part of the session is intuitive and always held with gentleness and support.
