Sea Shepherd Darwin invites you to join us for Yoga for the Oceans, a morning of mindful movement, community, and ocean protection. Set by the sea, this unique event combines the restorative practice of yoga with a shared commitment to safeguarding the marine environment we all love.
Led by Darwin-based teacher Mia (Yoga with Mia), the session offers a one-hour, breath-led flow designed to leave you feeling relaxed, centred, and recharged. Suitable for all levels, the class is a chance to stretch, strengthen, and connect — both with yourself and with a cause that matters.
Participation is by donation (suggested $10), with all proceeds directly supporting Sea Shepherd Australia’s marine conservation campaigns. Every pose you take helps fuel action to defend our oceans and protect marine wildlife.
Bring a yoga mat or towel, water, and comfortable clothing. Together, let’s rise, breathe, and move in support of the sea.
