Spring Day Retreat at Yoga Love Collective Studio Darwen

Join Laura, Emma and Ali at Yoga Love Collective for our Spring Day Retreat where we will gather to celebrate Spring in the best way we know how with Yoga, Workshops, Food and Community.

This yoga day retreat will give you space to reconnect to your self and others and help clear away the cobwebs from Winter and create space for the energy of Spring which invites in growth, joy and possibilities.

A light Vegan/Vegetarian Lunch will be provided plus snacks and herbal teas throughout the day. Open to all levels!

Day Retreat Schedule:

9.15am - Welcome Drink/Protein Snack
9.30am - Vinyasa Yoga Class with Laura
10.30am - Break
10.45am - Chakra Workshop with Emma
11.20am - Meditation Class with Emma
11.45am - Lunch
12.20pm - Philosophy Workshop with Laura
1pm - Soothing Sound with Ali
1.45pm - Closing Circle
2pm - Goodbyes

Come on your own or bring a friend or two, all are welcome to this special and fun filled day retreat at Yoga Love Collective.

Tickets are £60 per person and are limited. We can't wait to welcome you along!
