8 Week Zen Yoga Course

The summer season is connected to the paired energetic systems of the Heart (associated with the emotions of love and connection) and Small Intestine, together with the Pericardium and Triple Heater. Our hearts are a powerful electrical pump, creating an electrical field that extends beyond the body, and feels other's electrical fields as what we might call rapport or connection.

In this movement course we will be moving our bodies with mindful awareness to connect with these organs and their associated energy meridian lines/fascial planes to re-energise the body and restore a sense of balance.

We will also eat lunch together which will be sourced as much as possible from local suppliers using seasonal produce.
