Workshop: Glow + Ground: A Harvest Moon Practice

Gather together in community beneath the Harvest Moon, the brightest full moon of the year. A time to pause, reflect, and gather what we’ve been tending in our lives.

We’ll move through a somatic, grounding yoga flow and guided meditation to steady the body and open space for clarity and release. Each participant will take home a piece of clear quartz, a crystal tied to lunar energy and renewal.

No experience necessary, just bring your mat, your breath, and your willingness to soften into the glow. ✨🌝
