For this year’s Food Festival, Embankment transforms into a working fish market in the heart of the bistro with Ethan Clarke from Greendale.

Guests are invited to choose their fish straight from the counter, select a house sauce, and pair it with seasonal vegetables - our chefs will prepare it to order.

Each dish is priced individually at market value with options starting from around £25 depending on size and catch.

To complete the experience, our sommelier will be on hand recommending wines to match your choices.
