After a really meaningful first Wild Becoming Wellness Walk in January, I’m opening the next one on Sunday 15 February 🌿
These are monthly, facilitated walks for women, created for those navigating change — hormonally, emotionally, physically, or simply at a life crossroads.
As a menopause coach, women’s therapeutic coach, and female-focused personal trainer, I hold these walks as intentional spaces. They’re not about fitness or fixing. They’re about slowing down, walking side by side, and having room for real conversation — in nature, and with care.
The walking is the container.
The real offering is space.
