Following this, immerse yourself in a beautiful Sound Bath led by Sarah, featuring the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls.
What do I need?
Please bring a thicker yoga mat, pillow and blanket. You will also need to bring a drink. Please wear comfortable clothing to allow for movement and relaxation. You may want to bring extra comfort for the sound bath to be as comfortable as possible while laying down.
