Floating Sound Bath*

🌙 Floating Sound Bath | Friday 21st November | 6:30PM – 8:30PM

Float peacefully across the lake on inflatable mattresses as soothing sounds wash over you, releasing tension and refreshing body and mind.

*If the weather turns, we’ll move indoors so the experience can still go ahead comfortably.

Afterwards, gather by the firepit and unwind with a free glass of prosecco or hot chocolate under the evening sky.

What you need to bring:
- A Yoga Mat (we can provide one if you do not have one)
- A Blanket
- A Pillow
- An Eyemask (optional)

🧘‍♀️ 18+ only.
Not recommended during early pregnancy, or for those with pacemakers, metal implants, epilepsy, sound sensitivity, or recent surgery.
