After struggling with medication and being unhappy with his size, Mark rejoined Slimming World. In just eight months, he put his type 2 diabetes into remission, and after a year, he’s lost more than 8 stone 🙌.

He says staying to group, listening to his Consultant and embracing the plan made all the difference. Now, he’s full of confidence and embracing every opportunity life brings 💫.
