With thanks to funding from @PointNorth, we're delighted to have Jill Harper- Hill join us to discuss this topic in person.
Jill is an integrative therapist and ADHD coach,
and the founder of The Busy Brains Club, a
group programme supporting ADHD-type
women to move from overwhelm to inner
harmony.
With 15+ years in education, including senior
leadership roles in inclusion and wellbeing,
she’s skilled at translating neurodiversity into
those “ohhh—THAT explains a lot” moments.
Diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood, Jill blends lived experience with clinical
training to deliver engaging, practical introductory talks for people who are
curious and new to the topic, covering things like:
what neurodiversity actually means (without the jargon)
ADHD basics: attention, motivation, emotions, and energy
common myths vs. what it looks like in real life (especially for women)
simple, brain-friendly ways to work with your wiring day-to-day
how to be more supportive at home, at work, and in friendships
