Core Subjects - Key Stage 2

This 6-week block will cover the following areas:

English 12.15 - 1.15
We will continue learning about different parts of speech, focusing on nouns, verbs, adjectives and adverbs through a variety of activities. We will also reinforce spelling and punctuation rules. For reading comprehension, each participant will work independently through a workbook at their level with appropriate support provided. (You will need to buy the relevant book.)

Maths 1.15 - 2.15
This block will look at Geometry and Measurement. After some fun starter activities, mental maths work and initial input, each participant will work independently, using either Galore Park Junior Maths book 3 or the relevant Schofield and Sims workbook matching their level. (You will need to buy the relevant book.)

Science 2.30 - 3.30
Using Galore Park Junior Science and some fun experiments, we'll be looking at geology – the study of rocks before moving on to magnets.

Age: 7 - 11
Cost: £104 for all three subjects
£70 for 2 subjects
£36 for 1 subject

You will also need to provide a ring binder and dividers.
