Movement and Mindfulness with Mary merges yoga with mindfulness, Sound baths and breath techniques.
These sessions will run on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month at Chester Green Community Centre in Darley Abbey.
The first session of the month will be Yoga based and the second session will be a relaxing Sound Bath.
There will be an option to join in the Yoga sessions online as Mary will be streaming these from the centre.
Enjoy a sense of calm and grounding at both sessions which will help to alleviate stress and anxiety.
