Feel, Flow & Frequency - An Immersive Journey for Mind, Body & Spirit

Join us for a heart-opening evening designed to awaken the senses, reconnect you with your body, and guide you into the healing power of sound. Through a blend of cacao, movement, and frequency, this immersive workshop invites you to journey deeply within and experience the magic of love as medicine.

What to Expect:

Feel – Begin with a ceremonial cup of cacao to gently open the heart space, followed by a still and centred heart meditation.

Flow – Move into gentle, eyes-closed embodied movement. A chance to let go of the mind and connect with your inner body temple, flowing from the deep heart.

Frequency – Surrender into a sonic journey for the soul, carried by the hypnotic beat of the drum and a symphony of sounds designed to take you deeper into your heart and essence.

This workshop is about spreading love, raising frequency, and empowering the Self to remember that we are our own best healers. 💫
