Killer Reads Author Panel

Get into the spirit of the season with our Killer Reads Author Panel, a literary evening perfectly timed for Halloween. Join local masters of mystery, suspense, and crime fiction—Liv Constantine, Tessa Wegert, Wendy Walker, Greg Wands/Elizabeth McCullough Keenan, and Elise Hart Kipness—for a captivating conversation moderated by Darien’s Page Berger. The authors will share their tricks of the trade, reveal behind-the-scenes secrets, and offer insights into what makes a story compelling, suspenseful, and unforgettable.

The evening begins with a reception of light bites and wine, followed by a gripping conversation with our authors. Co-hosted by Barrett Bookstore, you’ll have the chance to browse a hand-picked selection of books after the panel and choose the perfect page-turner to carry you into the spooky season.
