Everything’s better with a SideKick—especially crushing your fitness goals! 💪 This month, you and your SideKick (a fellow member OR a StrongStart friend) will team up and tackle the SideKick September Checklist together.
👯 Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ Sign you + your buddy up on the in-studio sheet or tag their name in the comments below.
2️⃣ Complete as many checklist items as you can (classes, selfies, stretching, sleep, hydration, nutrition, and more).
3️⃣ Each completed item = points for your team.
4️⃣ The team with the most points at the end of September wins a FREE 60-minute personal training session with Coach Chaz! 🏆🔥
