Summer Luau & Live Music

Summer is heating up, and Downtown Danville is the place to be! Join us for the return of First Fridays with the festive Summer Luau on Friday, June 6, from 5 to 8 PM at Temple Plaza.

Dress in your favorite tropical attire and step into an evening of food, fun, and island-themed entertainment.

Enjoy the tropical sounds of live steel drum music by Kent Arnsbarger. Quench your thirst with tropical Tiki drinks from Obsidian Coffee or try one of the refreshing pineapple drinks from Exotic-Pina-To-Go. Bring your lawn chair and make yourself comfortable for a relaxing summer evening.

The evening continues with hula dancing performances and a showcase of classic cars courtesy of the Illiana Antique Automobile Club—a perfect blend of island flair and small-town charm.
