Join Worthy+Wyld Wellness for a Silent Night to be still and listen for His still small voice. Come and Practice the Pause as we slow down, breathe deeply, and encounter the presence of Jesus in the glow of candlelight. Join us for a beautiful evening of surrendering all of our striving and just rest in His perfect peace. Take this opportunity to let us take care of you. Recharge before the holiday rush and let us pour into you so you can pour into others.

WHAT TO BRING:
A mat, block, or strap if you have them - we will have chairs if you would prefer to be seated.

A limited number of mats will be available. Just come comfy and ready to rest. Please RSVP so we have an idea of how many we will have. This is a free community event.
