If you have dined at Amigos Pizzeria & Mexican Restaurant “Official” you have undoubtedly met Sergio, the owner. He is a wonderful man. Quick to treat everyone like a friend. Quick to donate to nonprofits and organizations. Quick to cook for those in need like at the Gatehouse. I can’t tell the number of smiles and slices he has served our family. But now he needs our help. He was picked up by ICE. I know our elected officials like Senator Lynda Culver, Dave McCormick, and Congressman Dan Meuser are doing what they can, but they need our help too. This is after all a government of the people, by the people and for the people. I stand with Sergio!
If you’re so inclined, please consider sending a letter on behalf of Sergio from Amigos. He has been trying to resolve his immigration status for years. He was brought here as a minor, but has been a model resident and is married to a citizen. He pays his taxes and is a benevolent soul who attends church and donates to any charity who asks, and many who don’t have to ask. He was picked up and sent to an ICE facility this morning. His hearing is on January 13th. Here is the pertinent information:
