Chakras 101

Join me, Marion, on Saturday, September 13 at 11am to "Explore Your Chakras" and learn about the internal energy system that influences every part of your life.

During this class, we'll start with a meditation to help you ignite your inner rainbow. We'll also have fun with a little dancing and work with other tools that will light up your senses, bringing you into a state of balance and alignment. We'll wrap up the class with a powerful Chakra Tune-up.
