This week we will be teaching some colorful card games that play in quick rounds:
Kites
* 10 minutes
*Ages 10 and up
2-6 players
All players cooperate to play cards out of their hand that coordinate with colored sand timers. Work together as a team and don't let any of the sand timers run out. If the entire deck is played before any of the sand timers run out, you've succeeded and everyone wins. This fast-paced game is a fun challenge; after a few rounds, you'll get the hang of it!
Flip 7
* 15-20 minutes
*Ages 8 and up
3-18 players
A shiny press-your-luck card game that takes two seconds to learn! Players each flip one card at a time, stopping before they repeat any cards. Once you've flipped over seven unique cards, you get to add 15 bonus points to your score and the round ends. If you flip the same number twice, you score zero. points for that round (Unless, of course, you have a second chance card on the table!) A few action cards make this game a little more unpredictable and fun.
