Heated to 95Ā°F, creating a warm and detoxifying environment that enhances flexibility and intensifies your practice.
Dumbbells: During the class, you will incorporate dumbbells into various yoga poses and flows. This added resistance will help tone and strengthen your muscles, intensifying the benefits of your yoga practice.
Resistance Bands: Resistance bands offer a versatile way to engage and challenge different muscle groups. You'll incorporate these bands into your practice to increase the intensity of certain yoga poses and sequences.
Vinyasa Flow: The class includes a dynamic vinyasa flow sequence that links breath with movement. This fluid style of yoga will help you build cardiovascular endurance, balance, and focus.
