Sound Bath & Restore Workshop

As autumn begins to settle in, nature reminds us to slow down, release, and prepare for the quieter months ahead. After grounding into deep rest through restorative yoga, you’ll be guided into a transformative sound bath experience led by Michelle Reum, a holistic healing practitioner specializing in vibrational and energy-based wellness.

Using crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and other instruments, Michelle creates a soundscape that gently shifts the body into deep relaxation and the brain into alpha and theta wave states—ideal for nervous system regulation, emotional release, and energetic clearing.

Come just as you are. Let yourself be held by stillness, sound, and space.
