Let's Can Some Salsa!

Learn to Can: Tomatoes and Tomato Products is the perfect class for either first-time canners or for canning veterans looking to brush up on their skills. This class will offer hands-on experience in preparing and preserving salsa. You’ll review the step-by-step procedures of home canning, receive the latest safety guidelines and practice hands-on canning in the kitchen. You’ll take home new resources, recipes and a jar of the product you prepare in class. This class will last approximately 2 hours.

This class is intended for adults. The class fee is $5/person and is due at the time of registration. There are only 12 seats available in this class.
