Drum Circle with Tom Bowen

Drumming offers a wide range of mental, physical and social benefits - including stress relief, improved coordination & motor skills,enhanced mood, stronger immune system and better focus. Best of all it’s incredibly fun! Join our drumming circle led by Tom Bowen at our Crystal Clear Intention Center. This is a donation based event, no pre-registration needed. No experience is necessary, you don’t even need a drum, we share!
