On Sunday 27th of July, we celebrate self expression with the fifth phase of our Chakra Series: Throat Activation! ❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜
Ecstactic Dance is a sacred practice of radical self love. This is a judgement free zone of somatic release where whatever moves through you is cherished and treasured. We dance freely, shaking loose whatever gets stucks in the body (and mind), and setting down any fears of being witnessed. No words. No distractions. No expectations. Just total surrender to the moment.
ALL of you is welcomed here. First-timers highly encouraged to join 😍

[Round Five]
💙🌀🩵 Vishuddha Chakra: Throat Activation 🩵🌀💙
[Self Expression, Truth, Communication]
Color: Blue
Element: Ether
Body: Throat
🌀 I'm allowed to speak my Truth.
🌀 I express myself with clarity.
🌀 My authenticity is my unique authority.
🌀 I forgive the times I silenced myself to be accepted.
🌀 When I speak my needs, boundaries, and desires, I magnetize the people, places, and things that serve me most.
The fifth chakra, Vishuddha, lives in your throat — the sacred bridge between heart and mind. Inside this space we speak, sing, hum and breathe our way through life. It’s the center of expression, authenticity, integrity, and your soul's truth. Here also lives the vagus nerve, which plays a key role in regulating our nervous system; when stimulated, it supports calm, authentic self-expression. This is where a whisper becomes a roar. Where your voice cracks through the conditioning of staying small and speaks exactly what needs to be said, unapologetically. This dance is your invitation to creatively express yourself and reclaim your voice as a divine instrument of truth through connective exercises, silent movement, and a closing singing circle.
🌬️ Where have I been silenced in order to keep the peace?
🌬️ What would my voice sound like if I wasn't trying to please or impress people around me?
🌬️ What parts of me need to be heard?

Your Hosts:
✨Viktorie (Space Keeper and Event Organizer)
With a love of dancing since childhood and nearly a decade in Slovak Folklore Dance Club, Viktorie has always been drawn to movement. Although she strayed away from the typical party scene, she eventually found herself at one of Czechia’s very first Ecstatic Dance events. She was immediately immersed in like-minded community that she could call her tribe and fell in love with the freedom, nourishment, and somatic therapy it offers. Now Viktorie aims to organize events which help bring that same sense of belonging to other people while holding space for them.
✨Noelle (Circle Weaver and Event Organizer)
Noelle is a Travel Coach, Retreat Host, and the creative heart behind international Empowerment Programs and Group Tours, hosting 100+ events across the globe. With over 800 hours of yoga and meditation training, she brings grounded, trauma-informed leadership into events extending from her roots in Denver, Colorado through the dust of Burning Man, the quiet stillness of ashrams in rural India, and now into the soul of Hoi An. Her mission is to co-create spaces where people feel seen, safe, and wildly alive. You can also tune into her Juice Queen Podcast, available on all streaming platforms.
✨Guy Shani (Musical Guide)
Guy Shani is a musical alchemist blending world bass, tribal grooves, and live music with instrumental integration such as didgeridoo, flutes, drums, and voice. He has spent the last year curating weekly dance parties in Dharamsala India and continues to find pockets of the world to share his gifts. You can find one of his many musical projects on Spotify under the name The Lighty.
