Join two of South OC's amazing healers, Amanda and Louru, for an evening of healing, movement, and peace. Bring what doesn't serve you and leave in a new state of liberation and joy!
We will start with a gentle yoga practice and move into the sound healing with optional reiki and bodywork healing.This event is free with a suggested donation to support the practitioners.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and dress cozy! Blanket is not required but definitely recommended!
