I will be teaching this group choreo again on August 31st 5pm-7pm. So if you missed it the first time come and learn it.... If you took the choreo the first time and want to retake and practice with us jump in also!!!
All you need is a skirt, your smiling face and show up for class. 🙂
If you know the song Bay City Shimmy your halfway there if not you will have a great time learning and dancing to the song.
This choreo is beginner friendly, fun & feisty 🙂
I would like for everyone to have a 25 yard skirt But you don't have to as long as you have a skirt that can swish around and swing from side to side you are good. The 25yd skirts can be found on Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, Miss Belly Dance.com... just about anywhere that you can google for belly dance costumes. You can always order your skirt now and if it doesn't get here in time still come and learn use another skirt until it arrives.
We can learn this choreo in one afternoon, repetition and more repetition. We will make and already have a private group for videos to practice with. Befor any performances we will come back together as a group to rehearse and polish it up for performances.
CultureFest in September and the Miss Goth Pageant in September, Fall Hafla in Oct, Christmas & Winter Haflas also,,, so plenty of chances to dance!!!
*Cost of choreography is $35.00
*Retake & Practice for those that took choreo in July price is $5.00
I will also have a few extra skirts in class to practice with if your skirt hasn't come in yet.
