CALLING ALL BUDDING HERBALISTS AND CHEFS -- KITCHEN MAGIC WITH KIDS! Cooking Class Series

CALLING ALL BUDDING HERBALISTS AND CHEFS. Let's get together to create some magic in the kitchen, collecting flowers and herbs and using them in delicious concoctions and then saving some time to visit the animals before we finish up for the evening! Come to one class or all five! Can't wait!!

CLASS 1: "LOVING LOVELY LAVENDER"
TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 16th 4:00-6:00pm

We are going to immerse ourselves in the lovely lavender we harvested and dried this season. We will make:
Lavender Lemonade
Lavender Cupcakes
Lavender Syrup
Lavender Bath Salts

CLASS 2: "I SCREAM FOR ICE CREAM"
TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 23rd 4:00-6:00pm

We are going to make and eat/take ice creams flavored from herbs on the farm:

LAVENDER
LEMON VERBENA
CHOCOLATE MINT
KIDS CHOICE

CLASS 3: "HONEY INFUSIONS"
WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 1st 4:00-6:00pm

We are going to infuse honey from the farm with herbs grown on the farm and harvested by the kids. We will bake honey cake with our favorite infusion and top it with ice cream saved from the previous class and then drizzle it with some more infused honey for a taste sensation! We will also enjoy some honey in a tea to inspire them for the following class! We will be BUZZING!

CLASS 4: "IT'S TEA TIME!"
WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 8th 4:00-6:00pm

We are going to enjoy making and tasting speciality drinks made of herbs and flower essences and cacao alongside lovely sweet treats made from healthy ingredients to bring a burst of beautiful emotional and physical energy. Recipes will be provided. Kids will also harvest herbs to stuff their tea bags to go home with more delights!

CLASS 5: "I'M FABULOUS"
WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 15th 4:00-6:00pm

We are going to use natural products to create salves, bath scrubs, salts, elderberry cough drops and delightful herbal sprays to pamper and care for ourselves!

PRICES:

Single 2/hour class is $40 per child
Entire series of five classes paid in advance - $160 (one class is free!)

AGES:
5-15

NOTES:
Dress for mess.
Let me know if there are any food allergies.

*Minimum enrollment is 5 students per class.
*If anyone wants to book a series of classes with their friends just propose the dates and times.
