The words we speak are powerful. They shape our thoughts, our relationships, and the atmosphere in our homes and community.
At this meeting, we will explore ways to speak more kindly and intentionally to those around us—our families, friends, and just as importantly, ourselves. Join us for meaningful conversation, encouragement, and connection in a welcoming space for mothers.

• 5:30 PM — Dinner together
• 6:00 PM — Kids head to childcare
• 6:00–7:30 PM — Group meeting

👶 Childcare: Provided during the meeting
