Beginner friendly Yoga movements will help release tension in the body, mind, and heart! Class ends with Loving Sound/Live Music to support you in Resting and Rejuvenating. Bring Your Yoga Mat or Beach Towel and a Water Bottle! All abilities are welcome to join!
