In partnership with RC Ranch, our premier Wagyu vendor based in Houston, this exclusive multi-course dinner will highlight the richness of Texas-raised Wagyu beef paired with an exceptional selection of fine whiskeys. Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully crafted dining experience with guided pairings, insights from the culinary and spirits teams, and a special appearance by Chef Dean Fearing, who will personally host the evening.
