Uncommon Ramen Featuring Guest Chef Jon Stevens

Uchibā’s monthly Uncommon Ramen series returns Monday August 4 for a one-night-only ramen experience featuring guest chef Jon Stevens Chef/Owner of the Michelin-recommended Stock & Barrel. In collaboration with Uchibā’s Chef de Cuisine Rhonda McCullar this month’s bowl brings rich bold flavors to the table with black garlic and truffle at the forefront.
