2) Light Up the Highlands - Community Event
You’re invited to our 11th annual free family event to meet Mr. & Mrs. Claus, and sip on hot chocolate as we count down together to light the Christmas tree. Bring your neighbors to snag a photo in the 360 photo booth, participate in a snow luge, stock up on gifts at our vendor market, and so much more! at Lake Highlands Town Center on Sunday, November 30th from 4-6p. Light Up the Highlands is a free community event.
3) Hometown Christmas
Come join us at Hometown Christmas on Saturday, December 6, featuring a day full of festive activities. Kick off the day with the Kiwanis Christmas Parade at 9 AM, followed by downtown celebrations including food trucks, snow hill, and photos with Santa. Wrap up the night with the tree lighting ceremony at 6pm at City Hall. We can't wait to see you there!
4) 9th Annual Hometown Christmas Craft Show
It's that time of year again! Come on out and join us on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 9am-4pm at the Midlothian Conference Center for the 9th Annual Hometown Christmas! There will be 100+ vendor booths, holiday music, 1000s of hand crafted gift items, delicious holiday treats, FREE drawings, prizes and take pictures with SANTA and Mrs. Claus. Admission $5 for adults (Can only be purchased at the door) Kids 12 and under and military with ID are FREE
