The Vietnamese Kitchen: Grilling

For ages 18 & up

With an emphasis on fresh ingredients and simple techniques that highlight natural flavors, Vietnamese cuisine offers a quick solution to meal planning. Working with a small team, you'll discover a new way to feature fresh corn in your menus; grill thin pork chops to perfection; create the perfect rice; and make a simple, impressive dessert. At the end of class, you'll sit down to enjoy the results of your efforts.

For ages 18 & up. 21 or over? You'll enjoy a glass of wine that complements your meal.

• Grilled Corn with Vietnamese Scallion Oil

• Thit Heo Nuong Xa (Vietnamese Grilled Pork Chops) with Rice

• Bánh Bông Lan (Vietnamese Sponge Cake) served with Tropical Fruit with Whipped Coconut Cream

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
