Somatic Classes

Feeling mentally drained or physically disconnected from yourself? These classes are for you.

I’m leading a 6-week somatic therapy-inspired series through Sauna Therapy to help dancers reset, ground, and reconnect through gentle, guided movement.
No choreography, no performance — just breath, stillness, and sensation.

– Floor-based movement, breathwork & nervous system regulation
– No physical touch or verbal sharing
– Optional journaling & grounding rituals
