Join us for our rejuvenating Self-Care Sunday Series, where we invite you to reconnect with your whole self—mind, body, and spirit. Set in Turtle Creek Park, this series provides a perfect opportunity to unwind, reflect, and recharge.
What to Expect:
The July 20 event will be somatic breath work, stretching and guided meditation. This session will be led by our very own Betty Smith. Participants should bring a yoga mat and bottle of water. We will be on the grass towards the West side of the park (closest side to the strip). This is a complimentary series. If you enjoy the experience, feel free to utilize the tip jar for our instructor❤️
