In this class you will learn a fun and relaxing way to create beautiful serenity jar and reconnect with a sense of calm. How to select colors, materials and add-ins that promote calming and focus. All materials will be provided, except the clear jar or bottle you choose,but not over 16 to 18 ozs. No experience is necessary. You'll leave not only with a beautiful personalized serenity jar, but with tips on how to incorporate it into your self-care routine or share the practice with children,clients, or loved ones. Come ready to relax, get creative, and enjoy.
