Taught by two Lamaze certified veteran childbirth educators with over 35 years experience in the field conjointly, come see what makes this class unique both in content and atmosphere.
Our class was designed and created by an experienced and credentialed childbirth educator who believes that birth is normal, natural, and healthy. Couples will be prepared for a low intervention, unmedicated, natural birth after attending this class. Topics of discussion include: signs and symptoms of labor, phases and stages of labor, comfort measures for labor, questions to ask during a hospital tour, medically necessary reasons for induction, avoiding unnecessary interventions, c-section, anesthesia, early breastfeeding, breathing and relaxation techniques and visualization, postpartum, choosing a pediatrician and the 4th trimester.
This is a one day, comprehensive class.
Classes fill quickly and there is no guarantee of space.
