A Taste of HEAVEN

HEAVENSAKE is a composition by acclaimed French cellar master, REGIS CAMUS, in collaboration with Japan’s most respected sake breweries. Through the art of Assemblage, HEAVENSAKE aims to bring a touch of French “Joie de Vivre” to the millennial art of Japanese sake. Redefining the sake experience and sharing the unique sense of elevation playfully called “A BETTER HIGH”.

On May 22nd, HEAVENSAKE will be the main protagonist of a pairing dinner exclusively created for that night at Kaiyo

“Kaiyo” coming from the kanji characters “Kai”, meaning sea and “yo”, meaning ocean, is a reflection of our depth of flavors and vast options that our restaurant has to offer.

As an izakaya restaurant, we pride ourselves in providing hot and cool small Japanese tapas-like dishes, ideal to share and enjoy in small groups along with fun and exciting cocktails.
